Payment in advance

At the moment, payment in advance is the only way of payment that we offer at sbook.ch.

In this case, after placing your order, we will send you an invoice with payment details, after registration of your payment we will ship your order. 

 

SHIPPING

The shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart during the order process, so that you can see what shipping costs you will incur before completing your order.

Switzerland

• Shipping costs starts at a minimum of 5 CHF based on the quantity of books ordered

Duration: 1-2 business days

 

RETURN

You have the right within a period of 14 working days from receipt of the order to cancel the contract without giving any reason and to return any or all items. The delivered products are undamaged, unused, clean, functional and completely returned in perfect original packaging. 
The costs of the return are borne by the customer.

If a product is not returned in the required condition, the item will be returned to you. In this case you take over the full costs of the article and the additional shipping costs. The costs of items that are damaged by the return due to insufficient packaging, are to be borne by the customer. Therefore, returns in an envelope will not be accepted. 

If the goods have been returned in due time and duly, you will receive a new invoice from us by e-mail.
If the invoice has already been paid, the amount for the returned goods will be credited to the customer account and automatically credited to the next order.

Defective product

If a product is defective when you arrive, this must be notified to us within 10 days by e-mail to  4u@sbook.ch and including a photo.
